Rosso and Vine is a neighborhood trattoria built on the principle that the best meals happen when someone who loves cooking makes something by hand, and you sit down to eat it slowly with people you want to be around. We are family-run, not a chain. The pasta is rolled here every morning. The pizza comes out of our wood-fired oven with char and blister. The wine list is short because we believe in knowing what we're pouring. Come hungry. Come thirsty. Bring time.
Handmade Pasta
Every shape is rolled by hand in our kitchen. You taste the difference in the first bite — the slight irregularity, the way the sauce clings, the tender give of fresh dough that's never seen a box. We change what we make based on what's at the market and what we're feeling that day.
Wood-Fired Pizza
Our oven burns hot and fast. The crust blisters and chars in seconds, the bottom stays crisp, and the cheese bubbles in exactly the way that makes pizza worth eating. Simple toppings, perfect execution — that's the whole idea.
A short, honest wine list
We don't believe in encyclopedic wine lists. We believe in bottles we know, from producers we trust — mostly natural wines that taste alive and pair simply with what's on the plate. The list is small. Ask your server for a recommendation. That conversation is half the point.
Dinner and brunch
We're open for dinner Tuesday through Sunday. Saturday and Sunday we also serve brunch. Hours shift with the seasons, so check the Visit page for this week's schedule and reservation information.
Private events
